How this score is built
Three things we measure ourselves, fixed weights, no editorial input.
Reliability × 0.5059.7% → 10.6
Median latency × 0.3533 ms → 34.9
Last 1 hour × 0.1583.3% → 12.5
The total is then reduced to 85% because this server runs UDP on a high port. That works fine on home wi-fi, but mobile networks drop idle UDP connections, so it is less likely to hold up on a phone than a comparable TCP server.
