We have collected 3 servers in China over time, and none of them is answering at the moment. Free servers are volunteer machines: they get restarted, rate-limited and switched off, often for a few hours at a time. The probe runs every five minutes and the page keeps its address, so if one comes back it appears here without you having to do anything.
In the meantime, an exit in a neighbouring country is usually a better answer than waiting: the country index shows where servers are actually answering right now, and the full list is ranked by measured reliability rather than by location. If you have not set up a client yet, the setup guides are worth reading while you wait.
